Are all these Items really Handmade?
Yes, it's all Handmade. I don't use no harsh ingredients in any of my soaps,lotions etc.
You're getting great quality handmade and chemical-Free
bath and body products.

I've Sensitive skin.. I can't use everything. what do you have to offer?
you can cleanse your face with my tea tree acne soaps. highly effective with regular use.
It's made with pure Goat's milk and 100% pure Tea Tree Oils. has excellent lather. and of course.. chemical-Free.
I also offer oatmeal milk and honey face cream. both highly recommended!

I have over 50 fragrances. to list a few are:
Lavender,pear,oatmeal milk & Honey, lime,baby powder,
tea tree,lemongrass,maple sugar,honeysuckle,lemon cheesecake,blueberry,strawberry,melon berry,cranberry,
green tea, raspberry,wild cherry, blackberry, Vanilla,
chocolate,cappaccunio, and more. just ask for it..

What do you recommend to use on Babies?
You can use my Baby Powder soap. it's made with Goats milk. and it's non-Irritating. very gentle to use on Babies
as well as Adults.
and also anything with Lavender is really soothing too.

I do not offer Refunds. but if for some reason that you're
not happy with your product. I'll offer free product exchange within 7 days of receiving order.

Norma's Bath and Body started from Scratch in February 2004. and rapidly growing to other parts of the world.

What makes your products different from store bought Brands?
-Because it's all handmade. and it's chemical-Free.
-None of the products dry out the skin like the store bought.
-The lather in the Products are Thick and Creamy.
-The Aroma of all of the products just has a breathtaking
Fragrance.
- I use Shea Butter and Goats Milk and honey and oatmeal
in my products that's Chemical -Free.
- My products are really rich in Moisture.
